1. Strict Final Sale Policy

All sales are 100% final. Because our products consist of digital license keys and instantly accessible script files, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances once a key has been generated or delivered.

2. Software Incompatibility Disclaimers

No refunds will be granted for software incompatibility or technical issues on the user's end. You are strictly NOT eligible for a refund if:

• Your third-party execution software, loader, or injector is unsupported, outdated, patched, crashing, or incompatible with our script.
• Your operating system, device, anti-virus, or security settings block, flag, or prevent the script or third-party software from running.
• You lack required software dependencies or do not know how to set up third-party software.
• You purchased the script for an unsupported operating system or platform.
• Your third-party software becomes detected, patched, or discontinued.

3. Detection Status Changes & In-Game Bans

No refunds or replacements will be granted if your Roblox account is banned. Status tags like "Currently Undetected" describe real-time status and are not warranties. We do not issue refunds for:

• Detection status changes caused by game security updates or ban waves.
• Manual bans, kicks, or reports by game developers, admins, or staff.
• User error, improper script configuration, blunders, or suspicious in-game behavior.
• Historical flags or logs from using other third-party scripts on your account prior to using our product.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or claim for a delivered digital key constitutes intent to defraud.

• Any chargeback will result in an immediate, permanent script blacklist, HWID ban, and Discord ban.
• All delivery logs, execution records, transaction IDs, and accepted terms will be submitted directly to payment providers and dispute centers to contest and reverse fraudulent claims.
